Updating Provider Profile

Looking to update your Provider Organization page (aka your PO or profile page)?

From your provider dashboard, click Edit Provider Profile to update or add: 

  • Organization Description

This description should be original content; do not copy and paste from your website. As you may know, duplicate content can negatively affect your SEO.

  • Website Links

Users will see two call to action (CTA) buttons on your PO: Visit Site and About Us. The links listed must be correct. For example, if you update your site from HTTP to HTTPS, be sure to also update these outbound links to assist tracking efforts. If you are using UTM links on the CTAs on your program listings, use the same format, and add UTMs to your provider organization links as well. 

  • Organizational Logo

We use square logos across our site to promote your brand. You can upload a new logo through your dashboard via Edit Provider Profile > Edit > Media. Dimensions for this image are 200 X 200.

  • Video Content

This page hosts one video. If you have a general teaser or promotional video, be sure to add a link to the content hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, or Facebook by including the URL and adding a Media title. 

  • Social Media Links

Users will have the option to leave our site and browse your social channels. To give the community this option, be sure to add links to your organizational Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Bing profiles. 

  • Special Announcements 

Think of a special announcement as a news update. Providers use this feature to promote a special program, new location, tuition discount, etc. To learn more about this feature check out the help article, Add a Special Announcement.
