Review Publication Process

Our platform is dedicated to providing authentic, honest reviews from people who actually experienced your programs. We do our best to advocate for our users and always default to transparency through the review process.

Reviews won't be published instantly -- we take our reviews very seriously and will always ask users to verify their participation. They’ll receive an email verification prompt and the review will not be published until they’ve done so. To expedite the publication of your reviews, let your alumni know about this step in the process!

Worth noting, your participants are eligible to leave a review once they have completed at least half of your program. If a participant is under 18 years old, their parent(s) can leave a review on their behalf.

Critical Reviews

If a user leaves a critical review, we ask for proof of enrollment in the program they're reviewing. Once confirmed, we'll publish the review and notify you (note: this only applies to partners) and encourage you to respond. Users are not notified when a provider responds to their review, and they cannot comment on your response.

After getting a critical review, the goal is to curate new, positive reviews in order to move the critical content off of the first page. We will never remove a verified review unless it directly violates our Review & Community Guidelines
