Editing a listing

New and exciting changes to your program? We can't wait to hear about them! You can edit your listings at any time by logging into your Dashboard > Content > Program Listings > Edit. Keep in mind that you may have listed certain details in more than one section, so while you're in there, be sure to skim over your whole listing to ensure that all the information is consistent and up to date.

Pausing a listing

Is your program full? Are you in full recruitment mode for another listing on Go Overseas? Don't sweat it! You can pause your listings at any time by logging into your Dashboard > Content > Program Listings. Once you're here, you'll see a table with all of your active listings. Use the dropdown menu under the Actions column to find the Pause option. Once your program is Paused, it will no longer show up in search results, but alumni will still be able to leave reviews for the program. If the paused listing is indexed, it can still appear in search engine results, and a notification will appear to tell users the status of the listing. This is a great option if you want a temporary stop on this program but know that it'll be coming back soon.

Expiring a listing

Saying goodbye to a program? You can expire a listing by choosing the expire option in the "Actions" dropdown menu. Expired listings will not show up in search results, and alumni will no longer be able to review the program. If your expired listing is indexed, it can still appear in search engine results, and a notification will appear to tell users the status of the listing. Existing reviews will still show up on your Provider Organization page. Worth noting that unreviewed expired programs will be automatically deleted within a few days, so be sure to back up any relevant content elsewhere!

Where would we be without program listings? They're pretty vital to Go Overseas and we have no idea where we'd be without them. We encourage you to check on your listings regularly to make sure all the information is correct and that it's still the most accurate representation of your program.
