Pause or Cancel your Campaign

If for any reason you can't continue your campaign at this time, we have two options for you:

  1. Pause your campaign. You can pause your campaign for up to three months with no penalties. This is great for if you've already filled all of your programs or if your programs are highly seasonal. All we need from you is an exact restart date (within three months of pause date) and a valid form of payment, with which we can schedule your restart! Pausing your campaign won't disrupt the momentum you've built up, since your listings will still be accessible.
  2. Cancel your campaign. We will always do our absolute best to help you but we get that we're not always a perfect fit. Canceling your campaign will mean that your programs will no longer be promoted at the Partner level. At this point, direct traffic will be cut off and you'll be moved over to one of our free, leads-based systems, where interested users can submit their information through our lead capture form. Upon receiving a lead, you will be notified and have the option to rejoin as a partner or wait for 30 days for the lead information to be released automatically to your dashboard.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where can I cancel my campaign? 
    Depending on your payment method, you can cancel your campaign from your dashboard. If your payment method is by Wire, you should contact us before your renewal date so we can cancel the campaign. 
  • If I cancel my annual campaign before the renewal date, will my subscription still be active?
    Yes. Your campaign will be active until your renewal date. Once your end date arrives, you'll be switched to our lead system and direct traffic will be disabled.
  • If I want to cancel my campaign before the end date, what should I do? 
    If you no longer want to promote your programs on Go Overseas due to force majeure circumstances you can email Daniella, so she can expire your programs and cancel your campaign. 
  • How do I know the cancellation is confirmed? 
    Once you cancel your campaign, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email from us with your campaign end date.
  • If I cancel before my campaign ends and no longer want to promote my programs, can I get a refund? 
    Unfortunately, as this is an annual subscription, we can not refund it.
