Managing Reviews

Gathering reviews is the most important thing you can do to run a successful campaign, once you start getting reviews, you'll need to understand how to manage them!

Through your Dashboard, you have the opportunity to respond to reviews on your listings. When leaving a review, users also have the option to leave a private note. To access these features, navigate from Dashboard > Content > Reviews & Interviews

To view and/or respond to reviews, click on the review title. From there, you can write your response and publish it. Worth noting, users will not be notified when you respond, and they cannot comment on your message. Users will see your response on the listing. 

When responding to a critical review, it is important to show your openness to feedback, letting users know that your organization is always growing and improving, and listening to participants' needs. Feel free to reach out to the Support Team for help crafting a good response.
