Managing User Inquiries

Have you noticed the Q & A's section on your listings? This section allows users to ask questions directly on your listings, giving you the opportunity to respond and show users that your listings are up-to-date and represent real, people.

To manage these questions, you can click through Dashboard > Content > Reviews & Questions.

When you create an account on Dashboard, your email settings are automatically set to send you an alert when a question is posted on your listing so that you can respond to it as soon as possible.
