Managing Interviews

As a client partner, you can gather two types of interviews for your listings: alumni and staff interviews. If you are not a client partner, the interview will not be published.

To gather staff interviews, access the staff interview form. Feel free to share the link with your colleagues, and encourage them to add pictures to the interviews. 

When you submit a staff interview, it will be sent to our content team for verification, and we will publish it within a week.

Alumni interviews are a different process. We reach out for the alumni interviews every time a user leaves a review for you with an overall score of 8 or higher. The user can then fill out an interview, submit it to our content team, and we'll publish it for them.

To view your interviews, navigate through Dashboard > Content > Reviews & Interviews > Interviews (find it next to the "Reviews" heading).
